This 20 cm chef’s knife features a stunning 69-layer Damascus blade, built with a VG10 core — a high-carbon cobalt alloy known for its extraordinary sharpness, edge retention, and resistance to corrosion and wear. The core is encased in 68 layers of hard and soft high-carbon stainless steel, producing the distinctive and beautiful Damascus pattern.
Designed to be the most versatile tool in the kitchen, the chef’s knife is ideal for a wide range of tasks — from slicing vegetables and chopping herbs to cutting meat and fish. Its broad blade and gentle curve allow for a smooth rocking motion, while the thick spine adds weight and strength for heavier cuts.
The knife is completed with a rich mahogany handle, made from a resin and natural fiber composite that is durable, odor-resistant, and FDA-approved. The handle is capped with stainless steel for added balance and strength and secured with two stainless steel rivets.
