The GEFU Spirelli XL is a manual spiral slicer that turns firm vegetables such as courgettes, carrots, radishes, cucumbers, potatoes and beetroot into long julienne-style spirals. Working on the same principle as a pencil sharpener, it is designed for quickly producing decorative vegetable strips for salads, stir-fries and plated garnishes without any electrical parts.
