The 10-position thickness adjustment on Atlas 150 is used to roll out sheets with a thickness between 4.8 mm and 0.6 mm.
The set includes a clamp to attach the machine to the table, and a practical handle; Atlas 150 can also be equipped with a Pastadrive motor, thanks to its patented bayonet fitting.
All of the products in the package are certified and made with materials that do not release harmful metals onto the dough: the rollers on the Raviolini accessory are made with Polystyrene, while all of the other rollers are made with anodised aluminium alloy.
