Sized for a batch of about a dozen cookies, this USA Pan tray combines two designs in one: a raised rim on one side that is easy to hold with an oven mitt, and a flat tapered edge on the other for sliding baked goods off without a spatula. It also works well for garlic toast, corn dogs and other small oven batches.
