The Yaxell Taishi Chef’s Knife is designed for slicing, dicing, and chopping a full range of fruits, vegetables, and more. With its curved belly, the Chef’s knife can be gently rocked through fresh herbs or spices to produce a very fine mince. Yaxell Taishi’s core material is VG10 super stainless steel, which is clad, covered by high quality stainless steel from both sides. The Katana sword wave line gives an impressive appearance on the blade. The handle is made of black beech pakkawood which provides outstanding stability and balance. The attractive bolster and embossed end-cap of the handle is made of brushed stainless steel to ensure great balance for the entire knife.
