The handle is adorned with a plate in Zamac gilded with fine gold (in this case more precisely here palladium), in a dazzling white. Sparkling with a thousand silver reflections, this plate is reminiscent of the chrome of a racing car or a precious piece of jewellery. Gold is an unalterable, dense and noble material that Deejo celebrates here mainly for the admiration it arouses.
Because gold oxidizes and acquires a patina naturally over time, all you have to do is rub it with a microfiber cloth (supplied) or with an impregnated chamois to restore its initial shine.
Obtained by fixing black titanium on a stainless steel base, this finish has a double advantage. First of all, it reinforces the surface resistance to shocks and scratches, then, it sublimates the elegant lines of your knife by bringing subtle matte black reflections. Discreet finish par excellence, the steel acquires a slight patina over the years to further magnify this very beautiful piece of cutlery.
