Nakiri 170 mm – Professional knife for cutting (chopping) vegetables and herbs. It reminds meat chopper by its shape, but don’t be mistaken. With blade 170mm long you can easily cut every vegetable to tiny cubes or stripes. Height of the knife will allow you to take cut vegetable on the blade and carry it into the pot or pan.

Suminagashi (damascus) KIYA knife Nakiri 170 mm has extra sharp cutting core made of Japanese steel Takefu V special grade 2. It has very good sharpness of the edges and an excellent retention. It is capable of reaching high level of hardness up to 61 HRC, without being fragile. At any price, avoid bending, collisions, and lever-action.
Octagon handle is made of Sandalwood. It is always thoroughly polished, ergonomically shaped, and designed for excellent manual operating. This knife is suitable for right-hand-use as well as for left-hand-use.

Never wash the high-quality knife in the dishwasher! This steel is not stainless! After using, rinse the knife, dry it with napkin or kitchen towel and store it in safe place.
