In the beginning there was the coffee. How did we develop a cup that best deploys the aromas of a coffee? What does it take in addition to a cup for coffee enjoyment? During the design of the Café Sommelier range, designer Barbara Schmidt supported by Michael Gliss, found Baristas, machine makers and other coffee experts. Coffee and dark chocolate form a perfect contrast in this white porcelain. Café Sommelier has received five international design awards.
