KAHLA – CAFE SOMMELIER JUG FOR MILK/SUGAR – 0.35 L

The Café Sommelier milk jug contains 0,35 l and is ideal, for everyone that likes the coffee filled with milk. And for those who like a lot of sugar in the coffee, this jug can also be used as sugar dispenser. It can be perfectly hold by the waist and has a lid to protect its content.

Coffee exists from the beginning of times, but how to design a cup that can release all the flavour of the coffee to its best? What’s more to the coffee experience than the cup? While developing Café Sommelier, the designer Barbara Schmidt had the help of Michael Gliss, Germany‘s first coffee sommelier and by small coffee roasters, baristas and other coffee enthusiasts we delved deeply into the world of coffee in order to learn how to make it a really good beverage. Black coffee and dark chocolate offer the perfect contrast with the white porcelain. Café Sommelier was awarded five international design prices.
