High grade 18/8 stainless steel are used for the filio tea set, lid and sieve, and heat resistant borosilicate glass for the bowls.

Designer:
Born in 1942, Tassilo von Grolman first trained as a machinist at AEG before attending the Kassel Institute of Design. Subsequently he gathered valuable experience while working with advertising agencies and architectural companies. He established his own company in 1975, and since then has been active in the design of product, packaging and corporate design. He has received numerous awards for his work.
