Kamagata 170 mm – this knife is inconsiderate kitchen warrior who is ready for all your wishes. Japanese word “Santoku” is translated as “three virtues”, which gives evidence about versatility of this knife style and kind of cuts, which excels (cutting, carving, mincing). The blade is usually shorter than chef’s knife with noticeably different geometry. The Santoku knife is often declared as fusion between chef’s and Nakiri knives, that brings you the advantages of both mentioned. The sharpness of the blade will ensure minimal leakage of the liquid and your meals will be full of juice and vitamins.

Suminagashi (damascus) KIYA knife Kamagata 170 mm has extra sharp cutting core made of Japanese steel Takefu V special grade 2. It has very good sharpness of the edges and an excellent retention. It is capable of reaching high level of hardness up to 61 HRC, without being fragile. At any price, avoid bending, collisions, and lever-action.
Octagon handle is made of Sandalwood. It is always thoroughly polished, ergonomically shaped, and designed for excellent manual operating. This knife is suitable for right-hand-use as well as for left-hand-use.

Never wash the high-quality knife in the dishwasher! This steel is not stainless! After using, rinse the knife, dry it with napkin or kitchen towel and store it in safe place.
