Gyuto 180 mm – robust heavy knife with impressive design and the highest quality. The back of the knife and the and the edge are narrowed to the tip for the universal use like cutting, cleaning the meat, fruit and vegetable. Chef’s knife is also suitable for swaying cutting of herbs, vegetables and nuts.

Suminagashi (damascus) KIYA knife Gyuto 180 mm has extra sharp cutting core made of Japanese steel Takefu V special grade 2. It has very good sharpness of the edges and an excellent retention. It is capable of reaching high level of hardness up to 61 HRC, without being fragile. At any price, avoid bending, collisions, and lever-action.
Octagon handle is made of Sandalwood. It is always thoroughly polished, ergonomically shaped, and designed for excellent manual operating. This knife is suitable for right-hand-use as well as for left-hand-use.

Never wash the high-quality knife in the dishwasher! This steel is not stainless! After using, rinse the knife, dry it with napkin or kitchen towel and store it in safe place.
