Made of porcelain, featuring a stainless steel top, and oven-proof up to 220°C, GEFU’s SUPERB chicken roster makes sure that your chicken, spring chicken or small duck comes out crisp outside and juicy inside. It’s quite easy to use: season the chicken, pour wine or stock into the aroma container, attach stainless steel top, place chicken on it, let it cook in the preheated oven (220°C) for ca. 60 minutes – and you’re done. The drip tray keeps the oven clean, and on top of that it provides space for cooking side dishes such as potato wedges or veg with the poultry.
