Eva Solo’s bamboo cutting board comes in three colours to help improve kitchen hygiene. Use the colours to distinguish between cutting boards used for fish/meat, fruit/vegetables and bread.
The cutting board is made of bamboo, a particularly durable and sustainable material. It features a silicone edge on the back to prevent it from sliding on the kitchen surface. Clean using hot water and a little washing-up liquid on both sides. Then allow to dry upright to prevent any distortion. Oil regularly.
